InPlayWise integrates with third-party bookmakers via regional redirects. We are not responsible for the terms, conditions, availability or actions of any third-party bookmaker. Users should review individual bookmaker terms before placing
any bets.
InPlayWise uses premium SportsAPI data and continuously optimised machine learning models. While we strive for high accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any data,
prediction or insight provided on the platform.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InPlayWise shall not be liable for:
Any financial losses resulting from use of our platform
Errors or interruptions in data or service
Decisions made based on AI predictions or risk classifications
InPlayWise reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
